Important information:
- As of now our guests have access to internet.
- The tariffs provided are for 2 people per apartment and day. For each additional person we charge 18,00 until 40,00 € per night.
- Children up to their 5th birthday pay 12,00 € per night.
- For the final clean we charge 80,00 /95.00€
- For your dog we charge 15,00 € per day.
- From 01 January 2024 a local tourist tax of Euro 2,50 per person and day will be added to be price
- A deposit of 400,00 € pro appartment is required. This will not be returned in case of cancellation.

Will I receive a confirmation?
f course! As soon as you have confirmed your reservation and we have received your contact details, we will send you our final confirmation.
When do I have to pay?
A deposit of €400.00 is only due once you have received our confirmation! The remaining balance can be paid two weeks before arrival or on arrival.

What are the cancellation conditions?
In the event of cancellation, please notify us in writing. A processing fee of 40 euros will be charged.
For cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival, we will charge 80% of the total price.
For cancellations made 4–6 weeks before arrival, we will charge 40% of the total price.
What is the best way to get to the Seiser Alm?
The best way to reach the Seiser Alm is by taking the Seiser Alm cable car, which is just 500 metres from our house.
Where does the shuttle bus stop?
The shuttle bus stops at the village square in Seis, about 200 metres from our house, and it is the No. 1.

I am stuck in traffic and cannot arrive within the scheduled check-in time. What should I do?
No problem at all – just give us a call when you arrive.

Don’t worry, we won’t rip anyone off or send you overpriced bills!!! It can happen to anyone, BUT please… let us know straight away so that you, and above all, subsequent guests, aren’t inconvenienced!
What is the travel cot like?
The travel cot is a standard 60 x 120 cm travel cot with an additional regular children’s mattress, so that even older children who should not necessarily wander around the apartment at night can sleep comfortably.
