We are pleased to welcome you to our family-run holiday apartments. The holiday apartments are situated on the sunny high plateau of the Schlern area, surrounded by soft meadows, plenty of fresh mountain air and glorious views.
Here you can admire the world famous “Seiser Alm”, Europe’s largest high alpine pasture, along with the impressive Schlern.

We offer cosy holidays apartments for 2 – 4 people. The apartments are located in an extremely quiet and sunny position, away from traffic, but only a 5-minute walk away from the town centre. The Cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and all leisure activities are within easy reach. The cable car Seis-Seieralm is only a 8-minute walk away.
In the price includ is the free mobile-card for South Tyrol.

As the countryside awakens in spring, the urge to get out into the open air gets ever stronger and draws us out into the great outdoors and the spring air. A variety of events and workshops on the theme of health, balance, nutritious diet, optimal training techniques for runners and equipment will ensure you have all the basics you need to get the warm season off to a good start.
Our guests have the opportunity to participate in almost all activities for free!
